Cleaning Professional

Orleans Development is a development, construction and property management company based in Covington, KY. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining residential units, common areas, and occasionally commercial properties under our management. Job Responsibilities Clean vacant apartments/homes after move-outs and prepare units for new tenants Maintain cleanliness of common areas (hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, stairwells, etc.) Perform deep cleans and touch-ups as scheduled Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Empty trash and ensure proper waste disposal Restock supplies as needed Report any maintenance or repair issues to management promptly Special projects as scheduled Returning trash receptacles to rear of properties Requirements Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift.
