is hiring a dedicated Clinical Therapist / Behavioral Health Therapist / Substance Use Counselor to provide mental health and addiction treatment services in a residential treatment setting . This is a full-time, onsite Behavioral Health Therapist role focused on delivering high-quality care to individuals with substance use disorders (SUD), addiction, and behavioral health conditions while managing a consistent and structured clinical caseload. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians working under independent licensure (CSW, LPCA) or those who are independently licensed (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) and are confident providing individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy in a structured environment. • Interviews starting next week Key Responsibilities Provide clinical assessments, behavioral health evaluations, and mental health diagnosis for patients with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders Deliver individual therapy, group therapy, and family counseling sessions Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for substance use and mental health patients Complete intake assessments, discharge planning, and case reviews Caseload Management & Documentation Manage a consistent clinical caseload in a residential or inpatient treatment setting Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records Track required behavioral health reporting, compliance, and outcomes data Crisis Intervention & Client Support Provide crisis intervention for mental health, addiction, and substance use disorders Support patients with emotional, behavioral, financial, and life challenges Monitor and enforce residential treatment program compliance Coordinate referrals with community resources and behavioral health providers Team Collaboration & Program Support Participate in clinical supervision, case conferences, and treatment team meetings Collaborate with behavioral health professionals, addiction specialists, and support staff Coordinate patient care with referral sources and community partners Assist with residential program operations and patient engagement activities Required Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Active clinical license required:

CSW, LPCA, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LCADC
