Occasional Saturdays Are you experienced in CMM programming and ready for a stable 1st shift opportunity Pro Resources is hiring a CMM Programmer / Operator for a direct hire role with a well-established manufacturing company in Selma, IN. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on programming experience who takes pride in precision and quality. What You'll Do Program, set up, and operate CMM equipment Perform in-process and final inspections Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and 3D CAD models Document inspection results (PPAP, FAI, SPC) Use precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges Identify and report quality concerns Support continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For CMM programming AND operating experience required Experience with

PC-DMIS, CMM

Manager, or similar inspection software preferred Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading Prior manufacturing inspection or quality control experience Familiarity with ISO or AS quality systems preferred Strong attention to detail and reliability Compensation & Benefits Starting at $23.00/hour or higher based on experience Performance raises at 90 days, 1 year, and annually thereafter Profit-sharing bonuses twice per year after one year of service Comprehensive benefits package Stable 1st shift schedule with limited overtime If you have hands-on CMM programming experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable company, we'd like to speak with you.
