On the job Skilled Training will occur Operate CNC machines Make simple machine adjustments Read and interpret blueprint documents Read bench gauges Perform machine start-up Perform Part Inspection (in process) Perform Machine Tool Changes Perform quality assurance checks on completed product Perform Machine Shut-Down Assists in machine services (Coolant, Cleaning, etc.). Perform quality assurance checks on completed product Report to his or her supervisor, any hazard of which he or she is aware. Must adhere to all safety policies Ensures work area is clean by using good housekeeping practices Profit Sharing Bonus - 2x per year Candidates need good work ethic, history and attendance
