Job Description
Job Overview Join our team as a Construction Worker and be a vital part of transforming visions into reality! In this very active role, you'll engage in a variety of hands-on tasks, this position can vary from hand digging to operation of trenchers and other equipment as needed to complete a jobs. Customer service is a big part of your daily tasks. You will be on the road locally throughout the day with possibility to travel out of area biweekly, inventory control and team work is a big part of completing daily task. Your skills will help shape safe, durable, and consistent work environment. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and setup of the trucks before leaving the yard daily, construction site set up and completion of job, including clearing debris and organizing materials as needed. Arrive each day on time, prepared for the day in the truck. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks, or material transportation. Knowledge of fiberoptic cable a plus but must be willing to be trained properly to install. Conduct renovation, restoration, or remodeling tasks. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required. Operate hand tools and power tools with precision. Support site safety protocols by maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to safety guidelines Experience Knowledge of fiberoptics is a plus but not necessary. Prior experience working in construction sites or in related trades is highly preferred but not necessary. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in diverse weather conditions. Strong understanding of construction safety standards and protocols Valid driver's license and or experience operating heavy machinery is a plus. Ability to perform climbing safely and efficiently in diverse weather conditions. Knowledge of various construction disciplines such as masonry, carpentry (including trim carpentry), roofing, metal stud framing, flooring installation, tile laying, is desirable.
