• About the Role

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll be the voice of customers, assisting with recalls, warranties, and troubleshooting. You'll handle 30-40 inbound calls per shift, providing accurate information, scheduling appointments, and documenting cases with precision. This role requires empathy, professionalism, and the ability to navigate multiple screens and software tools seamlessly.

• What You'll Do
• Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and care.
• Schedule appointments for airbag recalls and provide dealership details.
• Support customers with warranty questions and troubleshooting radio codes.
• Document cases accurately and dispatch to the right department when needed.
• Collaborate with a team of 10 for feedback and growth opportunities.
• Consistently meet performance targets in call handling and customer satisfaction.
• Skills & Qualifications
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Strong computer skills; able to navigate multiple tabs and software.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• College degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Automotive or dealership experience is a huge plus.
• Independent decision-making skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chino, CA.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
