Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to join our team for a part-time position. In this role, you will orchestrate the full provider contract lifecycle. From initial drafting and data entry, to cross-functional collaboration with legal and finance, you will ensure every agreement is validated and seamlessly implemented via e-signature platforms.   • 2:30pm + breaksalary: $19.99
  • $20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM

PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Analyzes and validates provider contract requests, ensuring adherence to compensation structures, terms, and policies. Collaborates proactively with internal teams (recruiting, leadership, compensation) for contract alignment. Manages the complete lifecycle of provider contract data, accurately entering new, edited, and terminated agreements into the system, adhering to data governance. Ensures all non-standard contract requests receive proper authorization. Drafts and prepares comprehensive provider contracts, amendments, and ancillary legal documents with precision. Performs rigorous quality assurance on contract drafts for colleagues. Develops and drafts non-standard contract language for leadership and legal review. Orchestrates contract document distribution to providers, utilizing e-signature platforms, monitoring progress, and facilitating timely execution through proactive follow-up. Commits finalized contract requests, updating provider records and initiating necessary follow-up actions. Leads or significantly contributes to strategic provider contracting projects, including large-scale compensation changes, facility startups/closures, and policy implementations. Interfaces regularly with Finance and leadership to confirm and align on approved compensation terms. Routinely partners with upstream and downstream functional areas (recruiting, credentialing, scheduling) to ensure seamless alignment on contract requests and data needs.
