Electrical Controls Engineer - Senior

We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Electrical Controls Engineer to architect, program, debug, and support automated equipment. This role offers significant technical breadth — from electrical design and safety circuits to PLC, HMI, and robot programming. You will collaborate across a multidisciplinary team including sales, project management, mechanical engineering, and software engineering, and will have the opportunity to grow continuously in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Develop cost estimates and technical proposals for electrical and control systems Lead concepting and design of electrical hardware and safety circuits for automated equipment Architect and program machine control software (PLC, HMI, robot, and related systems) Perform equipment debug and commissioning support Prepare, update, and deliver complete customer documentation packages — including operation manuals, technical instructions, and electrical drawings Provide post-installation technical support and troubleshooting Contribute hands-on time on the shop floor as needed (panel building, wiring, system validation) Travel approximately 10-30% for system commissioning and on-site customer support The ideal candidate is a curious, driven engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in building systems that work reliably in the real world.
