What You'll Do Process vehicle titles, transfers, and supporting documents with accuracy Handle multi‑state title work and ensure compliance with state requirements Identify and correct title errors, verify VINs, lien releases, and signatures Maintain organized title files and digital records Answer incoming calls and greet customers at the front counter Accept payments, issue receipts, and assist with basic customer service needs Communicate with dealers, transporters, and internal departments to resolve title issues Support auction-day operations as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous vehicle title experience is required (auction, dealership, or tag/title office) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent phone etiquette and customer-service skills Comfortable handling cash and reconciling payments Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database entry Ability to multitask in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Why Join Us?
