Controller - Hospital experience required

Duties Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide clear insights into company performance. Oversee accounting processes including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger management to maintain precise financial records. Manage cash flow planning and monitor financial risks. Implement effective internal controls to safeguard assets and improve operational efficiency across all finance-related activities. Support project coordination efforts by providing timely financial data that informs decision-making. Skills Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Deep understanding of hospital operations combined with solid accounting principles. Effective communication skills for collaborating with hospital leaders, contractors, and stakeholders. Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting. Healthcare general ledger accounting required. Minimum of 4 years general ledger accounting experience preferred.
