This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic food service environment, providing high-quality meals and exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety, with a passion for delivering excellent service. Duties Prepare and assemble meals according to menu specifications, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Assist with menu planning and ingredient sourcing to support diverse dietary needs and preferences Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas in compliance with safety regulations Handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices Support catering events and special functions by preparing dishes and serving guests as needed Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service during busy periods Assist in developing new recipes or menu items to enhance customer satisfaction Skills Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly in fine dining or restaurant settings Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent knife skills and proficiency in culinary techniques Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving in various food industry environments Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team This position is integral to delivering exceptional culinary experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
