Call Center Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead and support a fast-paced customer service and scheduling team. This role focuses on team performance, service quality, efficient workflows, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Supervise and support call center staff and daily operations. Monitor call quality, productivity, and service standards. Train, coach, and motivate team members. Assist with scheduling, reporting, and workflow improvements. Ensure inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. Communicate and collaborate with management and internal teams. Qualifications Previous call center or customer service experience required. Supervisory or team lead experience preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with scheduling or call center software is a plus.
