Full-Time Customer Service Representative | Office Manager | Collision Repair Experience

Full-Time Customer Service Representative / Office Manager position being offered within an independently owned collision repair company. Collision repair industry experience is required. Please do not respond if you do not have prior experience within the collision repair industry, as this is not a training position. We are seeking an energetic, organized professional who takes pride in their work, has a pleasant demeanor, and enjoys assisting customers throughout the repair process. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver, proactive communicator, and dependable team player with strong customer service and administrative skills. This position requires an experienced customer service representative/office manager who works well in a team environment, communicates effectively with customers and staff, and can confidently follow established operating procedures in a fast-paced collision repair setting.

Required Collision Industry Experience:

Customer Service Data Entry Scheduling File Documentation Repair Order Creation Reconciliation and Closing Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Credit Posting CCC ONE proficiency CCC Payroll/Timeclock experience Microsoft Office proficiency Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong phone and communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders Ability to adapt easily in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license required Preferred but
