Your expertise, responsiveness, and commitment to exceptional service will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, supporting retention efforts, and ensuring clients have the coverage solutions they need as their lives evolve. In this role, you'll manage and support a book of personal lines business while partnering with carriers and internal team members to deliver a seamless client experience. You'll help guide clients through policy changes, coverage questions, claims-related concerns, and renewal conversations while maintaining accurate account records and building long-term relationships. How You'll Make an Impact Manage and service a book of personal lines accounts, ensuring clients receive timely, accurate, and professional support. Market new and renewal business to secure competitive coverage solutions that align with client needs and risk profiles. Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, premiums, endorsements, policy changes, and account activity. Coordinate with carriers, adjusters, and clients to facilitate claims communication and support a positive claims experience. Review policies, endorsements, certificates, and related documents for accuracy and alignment with client expectations. Maintain detailed account documentation and collaborate with internal team members to support client retention and satisfaction. Who You Are A relationship-focused professional who enjoys building trust and delivering exceptional client service. Proactive, responsive, and committed to following through on client requests and service needs. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. A clear communicator who can explain insurance concepts and coverage options with confidence. Resourceful and solutions-oriented when addressing service challenges or client concerns. A collaborative team player who values strong partnerships with colleagues and carrier representatives. Motivated to stay current on industry trends, carrier offerings, and personal lines insurance products.
What You Bring Day One:
2 to 4 years of experience in personal lines account management. Active Property & Casualty insurance license. Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products, coverages, policy servicing, and carrier procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused and professional approach. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solutions-driven mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal team members.
Valuable Additions:
Experience marketing personal lines new business and renewal accounts. Familiarity with agency management systems and carrier rating platforms. Experience handling claims support, policy reviews, endorsements, and coverage analysis. Knowledge of carrier underwriting guidelines and market trends across multiple personal lines products. Demonstrated success supporting client retention and long-term account growth.
