Job Description

Member Services Coordinator (On-Site, Full-Time)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Member Experience Coordinator to support our members and deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this on-site role, you'll make post-delivery calls, gather feedback, assist with ongoing service needs, and keep members informed about plan updates. Estate planning is about protecting families and honoring final wishes; in this position, you help make that possible by ensuring members understand their benefits and can easily access a network attorney for any changes or estate settlement needs. Responsibilities Make post-delivery and survey follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and request online reviews Explain Assured Care benefits and the importance of access to a network attorney Participate in call campaigns and handle incoming calls, routing to the appropriate team member Provide calm, professional support and help resolve member issues Qualifications 2+ years in customer service or member-facing roles Paralegal certification highly preferred (or related legal/estate planning experience) Strong communication skills and a patient, professional phone manner Organized, able to manage multiple tasks; proficient with Microsoft Office Compensation & Benefits W-2 position, paid weekly Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance after 90 days Holiday pay, PTO, vacation 401(k) with company match If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and providing a calm, supportive experience over the phone, we'd love to hear from you.
