Our showroom is a destination for homeowners, designers, architects, builders, and developers seeking premium products and expert guidance. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Showroom Manager to lead the daily operations of our luxury showroom. This is a leadership role responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, managing showroom operations, supporting the sales team, and ensuring the showroom reflects the high standards of the SRQ Modern brand. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about customer service, organization, and team development. Most importantly, this person must have a positive attitude, be approachable, and bring good energy to the team and customers every day. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate the showroom team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals. Oversee all daily showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures. Welcome and assist homeowners, designers, architects, builders, and walk-in clients. Educate customers on our product offerings, including tile, natural stone, engineered wood, Shellcrete , and Duradek. Manage appointments, incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries. Coordinate with the sales, estimating, and project management teams. Maintain showroom organization, cleanliness, merchandising, and product displays. Order, organize, and track product samples and showroom materials. Train and develop employees through coaching and performance evaluations. Assist with proposals, CRM updates, administrative tasks, and client follow-up. Help plan showroom events, vendor presentations, and marketing initiatives. Monitor inventory, office supplies, and showroom operational needs. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a showroom, retail, construction, interior design, flooring, or related industry. Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams. Outstanding communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to stay calm and professional under pressure. Professional appearance and customer-first mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus. Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with luxury products or the building and design industry is a strong advantage. Compensation & Benefits $60,000 base salary + commission (DOE). 6 paid holidays + 6 PTO days per year.
