Job description: Heller Chevrolet GMC is growing and in need of a Service Coordinator to help facilitate and improve our service business at the dealership in El Paso, IL. We are looking for an organized, friendly and driven person to help our team grow through appointment scheduling and developing new opportunities for our service department.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for service customers
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for customers with special order parts arrived, open recalls, vehicles due for maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Upsell additional services or products to customers when appropriate
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with customers, including outbound reach to grow service business
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure smooth appointment scheduling process
• Analyze appointment data and make recommendations for optimizing scheduling efficiency
• Perform accurate data entry of client information into the system

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish
• Ability to effectively communicate over the phone with a professional phone etiquette
• Experience with outbound calling and upselling is a plus
• Proficient in data entry and able to maintain accuracy while working efficiently
