Job Overview:
As the Service Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the service department, including managing a team of technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability. You will be responsible for implementing efficient processes, maintaining high service standards, and fostering a positive work environment.

Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service technicians and support staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training.
Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Operations Oversight:
Manage daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow management, and inventory control.
Financial Performance:
Develop and manage service department budgets, track key performance indicators, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all service work. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to coordinate service promotions and support overall dealership objectives.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a powersport or automotive service management role, with a proven track record of success.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in service management software and dealership management systems.
Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge of powersport vehicles and equipment, including motorcycles.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE, manufacturer-specific certifications) are a plus.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
