About the Role This is a unique opportunity to combine luxury customer service with creative marketing. You'll become one of the faces of Aesthetic Dose while helping create the online presence that introduces thousands of future clients to our brand. You'll work closely with ownership and have a direct impact on the growth of the business. Responsibilities Client Experience Welcome clients and provide a luxury concierge experience Answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries Schedule appointments and optimize provider schedules Manage client check-in/check-out Process payments Assist with memberships and promotions Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area Build lasting client relationships Reactivate previous clients through thoughtful outreach Help achieve practice growth initiatives Social Media & Marketing Create engaging photo and video content Film and edit Instagram Reels and TikToks Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and future social platforms Create weekly content calendars Create on brand campaign graphics for products, services and promotions Write captions and educational posts Respond to comments and messages professionally Assist with email marketing campaigns Coordinate giveaways, promotions, and community events Monitor engagement and analytics Stay current on social media trends Assist with Google Business Profile updates and online reputation management Growth & Leadership Help improve operational processes Assist with training and onboarding as needed Support new location growth initiatives Take ownership of projects Grow into leadership responsibilities over time Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is: ✔ Passionate about aesthetics and skincare ✔ Exceptionally organized ✔ Outgoing and personable ✔ Creative and skilled in video and graphics editing ✔ Self-motivated ✔ Comfortable on camera ✔ Detail-oriented ✔ Professional in appearance and communication ✔ Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment ✔ Interested in building a long-term career rather than simply finding another job Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of professional social media management and creation experience Strong content and graphic content creation skills Experience filming and editing short-form video Excellent written communication Customer service or hospitality experience Medical spa, cosmetic, beauty, wellness, luxury retail, or salon experience preferred Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms Experience with Boulevard, Vagaro, Mindbody, or similar scheduling software is a plus Compensation & Benefits Full-time salaried position $50,000-$52,000 annual salary Up to 10% annual performance bonus 5% commission on skincare sales 2.5% commission on personally reactivated lapsed clients $2,500 sign-on bonus (subject to agreement) 10 days paid time off Professional development opportunities Career advancement into future leadership positions Career Growth We're not hiring for a receptionist.
