We're looking for a passionate and client-focused Insurance Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the trusted advisor for our clients, helping them protect what matters most. Salary Range:

Annual Bonus Opportunity Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport. High school diploma or equivalent. Some college in a related field preferred. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Career minded vision. Great Customer Service Skills. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. Responsibilities Greet all customers on the phone or entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Manage client billing inquiries with accuracy and precision. Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. Understand client needs thoroughly to recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction. Review existing policies to identify opportunities for additional coverage or adjustments. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with underwriters and claims departments to facilitate smooth client experiences. Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Attend training and continuing education courses.
