! The Leadership Development Manager in Training Program is an exciting, paid development opportunity designed to cultivate future leaders in our organization. This program provides comprehensive training in , SALES, MANAGEMENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE and
TEAM LEADERSHIP.
Participants will gain hands-on experience across various departments, preparing them to step into managerial roles with confidence and expertise. If you're energetic, motivated, and eager to grow your management skills in a fast-paced environment, this program is your pathway to a rewarding career in leadership. Duties Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new team members Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and improve performance Participate in training sessions focused on management skills such as budgeting, merchandising, and operational procedures Manage shift responsibilities including scheduling, supervising staff, and maintaining standards Qualifications Previous supervisory or assistant manager experience within the retail industry is preferred but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage managerial tasks confidently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Proven leadership qualities with a passion for developing others and fostering a positive team environment This paid program offers an invaluable opportunity to develop essential managerial skills while gaining practical experience in a vibrant setting.
