Position Title:
Customer Account Coordinator Pay Rate :
$48,300 - $64,400 CORE 4 Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

Greensboro, NC The Job You Will Perform:
Respond to internal and external customer enquiries. Receive and process customer orders for offset printing and related services. Ensure artwork files and job specifications are accurate and complete. Enter orders into the company's management information system SAP (Kiwi) Coordinate project timelines with production and shipping departments. Communicate production status, schedule changes, and delivery updates to customers. Generate work orders and production documentation. Assist customers with product selection, paper choices, and printing methods. Provide quotes and review estimates and pricing information. Resolve customer concerns, quality issues, and delivery challenges professionally and promptly. Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met. Maintain accurate customer records and job files. Support sales by providing administrative and customer support. Identify opportunities for additional products and services. Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and operational procedures. Performs general administrative tasks and other tasks as assigned.
The Skills You Will Bring:
Five years of customer relations experience; preferably 2+ years industry specific Experience in commercial printing, offset printing, packaging, or manufacturing Experience working with printing terminology and production processes Preferred SAP (Kiwi) experience Strong customer service and relationship building skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects in fast paced environment High school diploma or GED
