Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and customer focused Sales Floor Manager to lead our retail sales team. The Sales Floor Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, staff performance, inventory management, and customer service excellence. This role is critical to maintaining our reputation for outstanding service while ensuring compliance with all New Jersey cannabis regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Staff Management & Leadership

• Supervise, train, and mentor sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
• Conduct performance reviews and manage employee development
• Manage daily cash deposits and paperwork Sales & Customer Service
• Maintain sales floor presence and assist with complex customer transactions
• Monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive revenue
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and promptly
• Ensure product knowledge across entire inventory and educate customers appropriately Inventory & Operations
• Assist BOH Management with inventory levels, coordinate with receiving, and minimize shrinkage
• Ensure compliance with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and proper documentation
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure retail environment
• Conduct regular inventory audits and variance analysis Compliance & Security
• Ensure strict adherence to NJ cannabis regulations and company policies
• Verify customer IDs and maintain compliance documentation
• Monitor security systems and report any unusual activity

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 2+ years of retail management experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• POS system proficiency (training provided for our systems)
• Basic math and cash handling skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Cannabis industry or dispensary experience
• NJ cannabis compliance certifications
• Experience with Dutchie or similar cannabis POS platforms
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred)

$22.50
