Job Description
Raptor Pest Control is looking for a reliable, organized, and people-focused Front Office Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role in our company. You will be the first voice customers hear and the person who helps keep our daily operations running smoothly. We are looking for someone who is professional, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping people. What You'll Do Customer Service Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer messages professionally and promptly Help customers with scheduling, service questions, pricing information, and general support Provide a friendly, helpful experience that reflects the reputation of Raptor Pest Control Follow up with customers as needed and route more technical questions to the appropriate team member Scheduling and Dispatch Schedule and coordinate appointments for pest control services, inspections, exclusions, and follow-up visits Adjust routes and appointments in real time for cancellations, urgent service requests, or weather-related changes Communicate clearly with technicians throughout the day regarding job details, customer notes, and schedule updates Track job completion and help ensure customers receive timely updates and service documentation Office and Administrative Support Process invoices, payments, and service agreements accurately Maintain organized customer records, billing details, and service notes in company software Support daily office operations including paperwork, supplies, and general administrative tasks Assist management with reports, service logs, and other operational documentation Sales and Customer Retention Support Help answer basic service questions and assist with scheduling estimates or inspections Follow up on leads, missed calls, online inquiries, and customer requests Support service agreement renewals and help promote ongoing maintenance programs Assist with onboarding new customers and making sure their information is complete and accurate What We're Looking For Required High school diploma or equivalent Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities in a busy office environment Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude Basic computer and office software skills Reliable attendance and punctuality State licensing required 60 days after hire date. Preferred Experience in customer service, dispatching, home services, pest control, or a similar office role Familiarity with software such as Briostack, PestPac, GorillaDesk, or ServiceTitan Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Experience working in a fast-moving service business Why Join Raptor Pest Control?
