Fantastic opportunity for growth! We are seeking a candidate who can ensure that our installations run smoothly and efficiently! You need to be service minded and love working in a fast pace environment. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, organized, able to prioritize work assignments as they come in and capable of working without supervision. ( Valid Drivers License is required for this position). This is a hands-on management position that connects sales, customer service, scheduling, and production . The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and natural leader who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and keeping a fast-paced environment organized.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily sales and production workflow of the shop Greet customers and provide an excellent customer experience Answer phones, respond to leads, provide quotes, and schedule appointments Help convert incoming inquiries into booked appointments Recommend appropriate tint options, upgrades, and additional services based on customer needs Coordinate the schedule between customers, sales, and installers Prioritize jobs and adjust the production schedule as needed throughout the day Ensure vehicles are completed accurately and on time Communicate job details and customer expectations clearly to the installation team Monitor workflow and help maximize installer productivity Keep customers informed of job status, delays, or changes Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints quickly and professionally Perform quality-control checks and help ensure finished work meets company standards Maintain accurate customer information and job details in our CRM Follow up with leads and customers when necessary Help maintain shop supplies and inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-end/work environment Assist with general shop responsibilities as needed Job requirements/ duties: Plan, prioritize and manage the delivery of front-end Ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and efficient resource utilization Manage the flow of work Customer service/Case management Handle customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers Maintain supplies/inventory Maintenance work, when needed
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or greater Strong creative thinking Leadership Skills Time management Organized, efficient, and results-driven Able to read and understand information and instructions Knowledge of CRM software but not mandatory - WE
WILL TRAIN
Able to work independently and with others Works well under pressure and manages stressful situations with ease Friendly and professional demeanor Exceptional written and verbal communication skill Ability to multi-task
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
