About RISE Modern Wellness At RISE Modern Wellness, we help people feel, look, and live their best through advanced wellness therapies like Cryotherapy, Infrared Saunas, PEMF, and more. We are redefining wellness through science-backed treatments and human connection — empowering clients to transform their bodies, energy, and mindset. The Role As a Client Experience Coordinator (CEC) , you're the heartbeat of the studio — blending hospitality, sales, and service excellence to deliver an unforgettable experience. You'll manage lead flow, book consultations, conduct sales conversations, and ensure every client leaves inspired and cared for. You're the face and voice of RISE — the first impression for new clients and the consistent voice that keeps members engaged. Core Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Lead Flow
  • Respond quickly to leads via phone, SMS, or email.
  • Follow up on decaying leads and convert them into appointments.
  • Track leads through CRM systems and maintain accuracy in reporting.
  • Set up and attend pop-up events or activations to generate new business.
  • Schedule new client consultations, ensuring deposits and forms are completed. Sales & Consultations
  • Conduct new client consultations and present memberships or treatment plans.
  • Confidently recommend service frequencies, handle objections, and close sales.
  • Maintain retention through proactive outreach and re-engagement calls.
  • Ask for testimonials, reviews, and referrals.
  • Execute current promotions and marketing initiatives with enthusiasm. Appointment & Experience Management
  • Manage daily appointment flow and service queue in collaboration with Wellness Coaches.
  • Greet clients, answer questions, and support their journey from consultation to membership.
  • Ensure seamless transitions between appointments and consistent communication across channels. Client Administration & Support
  • Maintain accurate client records, waivers, and tracking tools.
  • Address client issues or billing concerns with professionalism and problem-solving. Events & Brand Awareness
  • Support community events, local marketing, and brand activations.
  • Participate in business-to-business outreach and local partnerships. Ideal Qualities
  • Sales-driven and motivated by measurable goals.
  • Excellent communicator with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-friendly.
  • Approachable, confident, and positive under pressure.
  • Team player who takes initiative and ownership. Preferred Experience
  • 1+ year in sales, wellness, spa, fitness, or boutique service environment.
  • CRM or appointment software experience preferred.
  • Proven success in client-facing, service-driven roles. Perks
