About TLC Nurse Solutions TLC Nurse Solutions is a women-owned California nurse registry thoughtfully coordinating experienced independent Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) with private-pay clients and healthcare partners throughout California. Our Care Coordination & Office Operations Team is at the heart of that work. We coordinate referrals, schedules, communication, documentation, credentialing, and billing support while helping clients, nurses, and healthcare partners feel informed and well supported. About the Position This is a hands-on role within a collaborative, growing small business. Priorities can shift throughout the day as new referrals arrive, schedules change, or a client or nurse needs timely assistance. The right person enjoys bringing calm and organization to a responsive environment, takes genuine ownership of their work, and follows important details through to completion. Every team member is cross-trained in TLC's core operations so we can support one another, provide dependable coverage, and continue improving how we work. What You Will Do
- Coordinate new and ongoing nursing referrals, schedules, and coverage needs.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients, families, independent nurses, specialty pharmacies, physicians, healthcare facilities, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral partners.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, text messages, and faxes in a timely and organized manner.
- Manage schedule changes, cancellations, urgent coverage requests, and other time-sensitive needs.
- Review nursing documentation for completeness and process it promptly.
- Assist with client invoicing, contractor invoice processing, and related follow-up.
- Maintain accurate scheduling, credentialing, compliance, and operational records.
- Follow written Standard Operating Procedures while helping identify practical workflow improvements.
- Support teammates and participate in shared evening, weekend, and holiday on-call coverage.

- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) preferred.
- Strong organizational, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a close, collaborative team.
- Comfort learning scheduling, credentialing, documentation, communication, and office systems.
- Healthcare administration, care coordination, scheduling, office operations, or customer service experience is helpful. Healthcare experience is valuable, and we place equal importance on judgment, emotional intelligence, professionalism, adaptability, curiosity, and a genuine sense of responsibility. - Full-time position starting at $33-$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Flexible scheduling with a thoughtful combination of office and remote work when appropriate.
- Shared evening, weekend, and holiday on-call support; working hours may be adjusted to help maintain balance and keep schedules within 40 hours per week.
