Job Description

Piping Rock Health Products is eager to add an International Account Coordinator to our International team! You will be part of a team that is compact, fast paced and consistently moving. If you are looking for an opportunity to interact with people from different regions in the world and have an overall understanding of international business in a growing industry and company this may be the job for you. We are looking for an associate who will be just as excited, ready and eager to jump right in. With this opportunity you will be working alongside the Director of International Business, Salespersons and Account Managers as well as communicating with clients and working cross-functionally with many different departments within Piping Rock. Responsibilities:
Support the Director of International Business and the International Department in managing and organizing projects, including maintaining records of export orders, processing customer sales orders, and overseeing the fulfillment process from receipt through shipment. Process incoming orders for assigned accounts. Coordinate customer shipments and pick-ups, collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Prepare, complete, and manage shipping documentation and related export materials in a timely manner. Maintain and update files, spreadsheets, and databases to ensure accurate and organized records of customer and departmental activities. Perform daily administrative tasks to support department operations, including tracking production job status, inventory levels, and work in progress to meet customer and company objectives. Engage with international customers and cross-functional teams, including wholesale, logistics, laboratory, finance, regulatory, and operations, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and other correspondence. Process customer-related credits through the Finance department and ensure accurate documentation. Request, manage, and distribute necessary laboratory and product documentation to customers as required. Prepare and maintain account reports whenever necessary. Manage the inventory, organization, and global distribution of promotional materials, POP displays, and marketing collateral to support international sales initiatives. Process and ship product samples, promotional items, and related documentation using the shipping manager application, including creating manual invoices when necessary. Demonstrate sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to make effective, independent decisions. Assist with ad hoc projects. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in marketing business, or a similar field. Relevant work experience in a sales environment. (a plus). Strong interpersonal skills and confident manner. Proactive. Detail oriented. Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook and Word proven proficiency). Strong organizational and communication skills, including professional customer service communication (phone / e-mail / person to person / etc.) and team communication. Good time management skills, able to multitask and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines. Strong sense of urgency and customer service.
Additional Notes:
Fluency in English is required; Bilingual is a plus.
