Exterior Remodeling & Customer Experience Estimated Compensation:

$60,000-$75,000+ Salary + Bonuses + Commission Opportunities Anchor Remodeling is a growing veteran-owned exterior remodeling company serving Northern Virginia. We're looking for a sharp, organized, people-focused Project Manager who can help own the customer experience, keep projects running smoothly, and help turn great projects into more business. This is not a desk-only role. You'll be in the field, working with homeowners, crews, suppliers, and the sales team while helping make sure every project is completed professionally. What You'll Do Manage projects from pre-construction through completion Complete pre-job walkthroughs Verify materials, scope, and job readiness Coordinate crews and project schedules Document projects with photos and notes Communicate with homeowners throughout the job Handle change orders and field issues Complete final walkthroughs and project closeout Help generate 5-star customer reviews Identify legitimate upsell opportunities Make nearby homeowners aware of active Anchor projects and help generate new leads Additional Earning Opportunities This role includes more than just salary. Growth Opportunity Anchor Remodeling is expanding and building dedicated Sales, Field Marketing, Production, and Administrative teams. As the company grows, new leadership positions will be created.
