Job Description

At our company, we believe a strong customer experience starts with having a team that genuinely understands customer needs. We're looking for a motivated and professional Customer Account Associate to join our team and help support customers while representing one of our trusted clients, Verizon. In this role, you'll work directly with customers to answer questions, provide information, assist with account needs, and help ensure each interaction is handled with professionalism and care. You'll learn how to navigate customer accounts, understand available products and services, and identify solutions based on each customer's individual needs. While you'll have the opportunity to learn about Verizon's products and services, the focus of this role is building strong customer relationships and providing a positive account experience. What You'll Do as a
Customer Account Associate:
Assist customers with questions regarding their accounts, products, and services Provide clear and helpful information based on each customer's needs Help customers navigate account options and available Verizon services Address customer concerns and work toward effective solutions Maintain accurate customer information and account documentation Build positive, professional relationships with customers Communicate customer needs and feedback with the appropriate team members Stay knowledgeable about the products and services you support Work collaboratively with the team to provide a consistent customer experience
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent Strong verbal and written communication skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple customer needs Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
