CLIENT BUSINESS SERVICES MANAGER (6+ YEARS PUBLIC ACCOUNTING REQUIRED)

We are seeking a proactive, high-bandwidth Client Business Services Manager to lead our business service department and drive excellence within our growing team. Qualifications Experience :

6+ years of extensive public accounting experience with a focus on Business Accounting Services.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Software Mastery :

Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Experience with: NetSuite, Xero, Wave accounting software's a plus

Certification :

CPA, EA a plus.

Key Responsibilities & Skills Department Leadership :

Directing the monthly workflow for a dynamic team; mentoring junior staff and providing technical guidance on complex bookkeeping, payroll cycles and local compliance.

Full-Cycle Oversight :

Executing reviews of Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Local Compliance (Sales Use Tax, Business Licensing, TPP etc..) for a diverse recurring client portfolio.

Financial Reporting:

Ensure client recurring financial statements are issued timely and accurately.

Operational Excellence :

Contributing to and refining firm procedures and quality control systems to mitigate risk and increase departmental efficiency.

Strategic Advisory :

Serving as the primary point of contact for business owners, providing sophisticated financial analysis, software troubleshooting, and operational consulting.

Strategic Onboarding & Implementation :

Leading the transition of new clients into the firm; designing and implementing accounting workflows

Attest :

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
