Temporary to Permanent About the Role CBRE is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to support a major telecommunications client in Greenville, TX. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related service requests during overnight operations, ensuring timely issue resolution and outstanding customer support. You will work closely with vendors, field technicians, and internal teams to coordinate service delivery, manage work orders, monitor facility alarms and systems, and maintain accurate service records. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. As part of CBRE's Facilities Management team, you will play a critical role in supporting 24/7 operations and ensuring seamless service delivery during third-shift hours. This is a fully onsite position located in Greenville, TX, working an overnight schedule of from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM . What You'll Do Respond to incoming customer inquiries and facility-related service requests via phone, email, and service management systems. Monitor facility systems and alarm notifications, following established procedures and escalation protocols. Create, track, and manage work orders and service tickets within designated systems. Dispatch service requests to vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion. Run operational reports to assist field teams with troubleshooting, alarm validation, and issue resolution. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding service requests and work order updates. Maintain accurate documentation within CMMS and service management platforms. Support departmental communication efforts and distribute operational updates as needed. Assist with onboarding and training new team members on systems, processes, and customer service procedures. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail. Identify, escalate, and support resolution of critical facility issues during overnight hours. What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of customer service, administrative support, call center, dispatching, or related experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot routine issues and exercise sound judgment when handling customer concerns. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using ticketing systems, CMMS platforms, or service management software preferred. Ability to type approximately 45-50 words per minute. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high levels of productivity and customer service. Ability to accurately interpret instructions, operational procedures, and written correspondence. Why CBRE?
