Smooth is a locally owned skincare and waxing boutique with locations in Norfolk and Virginia Beach. We've been in business for over 15 years, have many long-term employees, and have built a team and client community we're incredibly proud of. We're looking for a special person to join us as a part-time Client Experience Coordinator to split hours between both locations. Hours include Saturdays . Your job is to create a five-star experience from the moment someone walks through our doors. Remember names. Build relationships. Make people feel safe, welcome and special. Help clients discover products, services and memberships they'll genuinely love and make sure they want to come back. At the same time, details matter here. You'll manage appointments in our scheduling software, document important client information, process payments and maintain accurate records. We need someone who catches the little things and takes pride in getting them right. You might be our unicorn if you: Have strong retail, sales, hospitality, spa or client-facing experience Genuinely enjoy connecting with people and building relationships Are comfortable recommending and selling retail, memberships and services Are highly detail-oriented and confident learning scheduling software and systems Understand the importance of accurate client notes, documentation and follow-through Can think on your feet while staying warm, calm and professional Can work independently and enjoy keeping things organized Are dependable, proactive and naturally supportive of your teammates Bonus points: You have a creative eye and enjoy taking great photos or short videos for social media Culture is a big deal to us.
