Job Description

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Accounts Manager to join our team in the North/Winchester market. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and growing preventative maintenance agreements while representing BBI's full range of mechanical services. This is a high-impact, client-facing position where you'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to long-term account growth. You'll Excel in This Role If You… Are driven by results and enjoy the challenge of outbound sales. You're comfortable with daily prospecting, cold outreach, and being accountable to revenue targets. What You'll Do Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through daily prospecting and outreach Develop, pitch, and close preventative maintenance agreements Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention Track and proactively renew service agreements Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure successful service delivery Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations for new and existing clients Monitor account performance and provide regular reporting to leadership Conduct client check-ins and account reviews to identify growth opportunities Maintain accurate records of all client activity and communication in CRM (BuildOps) Partner with internal teams (finance, operations, marketing) to support client success Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings What We're Looking For Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development Strong relationship-building and client management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation habits Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (BuildOps experience a plus) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results Experience in mechanical contracting, HVAC, or construction is a plus What Success Looks Like Consistently achieving revenue and account growth targets High client satisfaction and long-term retention Strong pipeline management and accurate sales reporting Effective collaboration across teams to deliver exceptional service Work Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday (40-45 hours/week) Occasional evenings or events based on client needs Why Join BBI?
