You will work closely with customers to address concerns, answer questions, provide product support, coordinate account updates, and identify opportunities to strengthen customer engagement and retention. Success in this role requires strong communication, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You'll act as an advocate for our customers while collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and ongoing client satisfaction. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and outstanding service. Efficiently navigate multiple systems to resolve customer concerns and inquiries. Respond to client questions regarding products, services, ATM disputes, contracts, and account-related requests. Manage customer concerns and complaints while ensuring consistent, high-quality service experiences. Provide timely follow-up and maintain accurate records of client interactions. Process customer requests, account updates, ownership changes, reporting requests, and mobile application access. Submit workflow requests related to new accounts, contracts, and account modifications. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions. Guide customers through order processing, inquiries, and account management activities. Serve as a product expert and provide knowledgeable support regarding company offerings. Escalate business-impacting issues and collaborate with internal departments to ensure resolution. Support customer retention efforts by delivering exceptional service and solving issues efficiently. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. What Makes This Role Unique This is more than a traditional customer service position. You'll serve as a trusted partner to our clients, helping them navigate products, services, and operational challenges while building long-term relationships. You'll gain valuable experience in client relationship management, problem resolution, account coordination, customer retention, and operational support , all while playing a key role in customer satisfaction and company success. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required. Two (2) years of customer service, account management, client success, or data entry experience preferred. Strong computer navigation and multitasking skills with the ability to work across multiple systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information professionally. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. REQUIREMENTS
(Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities) High School diploma or GED equivalency One (1) year of customer service experience Basic computer navigation and keyboarding skills, including ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple systems Good written communication skills to include accuracy and relevant client information Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule/overtime, as needed Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast paced environment Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products Excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a friendly and outgoing personality Ability to work under pressure and handle multi-task work environment Must be well organized, detail-oriented and have excellent time-management skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by Team Members to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear. Required to frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The Team Member is occasionally required to lift and/or move 50+ pounds, sit; stoop, bend and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, etc. This is a full-time position. Core days/hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. (Weekend rotation schedule.) Evening hours are Monday through Friday until 8:00 pm. Occasional overtime required.
