Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers by taking sales orders, providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Capture Sales Orders and execute for a positive customer experience. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to orders or customer concerns. Provide product information and support to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices.Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to sales processes. Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office and applications.Additional Information:
