60455478 Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders, resolve issues, and serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently. Communicate order status, pricing, availability, and delivery updates. Resolve customer concerns, complaints, shortages, and quality issues. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Finance, and Warehouse teams. Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, reports, and service metrics. Support invoicing, inventory coordination, and special projects. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 2+ years of customer service, order management, logistics, supply chain, or related experience. Manufacturing or B2B experience preferred. ERP experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Pay :

$15-$17/hour, based on experience.
