We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, multitasking, and being a key part of a fast-paced operation. What You'll Do Dispatch delivery drivers and coordinate daily delivery schedules. Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details, including material type, quantity, delivery location, and timing. Keep customers informed of delivery schedules and any delays. Assist walk-in customers with product selection, pricing, and order processing. Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service. Process sales using our Lightspeed Point of Sale (POS) system. Coordinate with yard personnel to maintain adequate inventory of landscape materials. Obtain customer pickup numbers and required authorizations. Work closely with drivers and yard staff to ensure efficient daily operations. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Help create a positive experience for every customer. We're Looking For Someone Who Has outstanding customer service skills. Is organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks. Maintains a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Is comfortable learning new computer software and technology. Can lift 50lbs Qualifications Previous customer service experience required. Dispatching or logistics experience is preferred but not required. Experience with Lightspeed POS or similar point-of-sale software is a plus. Strong computer and phone skills. Valid Arizona driver's license. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
