Additionally, they may be responsible for maintaining the store's cleanliness and inventory. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and enhancing their overall experience. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Greeting customers, assisting with their needs, and providing friendly, efficient service. Shipping and Packing Processing packages for shipping, assisting with packing, and providing appropriate packaging materials. Printing and Document Services Assisting with printing, faxing, and binding. Sales Promoting and selling the store's products and services, including mailboxes, shipping supplies, and printing services. Inventory and Store Maintenance Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, stocking shelves, and managing inventory. Point-of-Sale Operations Using point-of-sale systems to process transactions, rings sales, and manages customer accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills:

Ability to interact professionally with customers and address their needs.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency with computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Sales and Up-selling Skills:

Ability to promote and up-sell products and services.

Packing and Shipping Experience:

Familiarity with packing procedures and shipping options.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Education:

High school diploma or GED is typically required.
