This position is for part-time to full time hours (based on how many mobile events we have each week and you will be covering the front desk in-clinic in the afternoons). We have a stationary clinic in Surprise which is our main location. We also have a mobile spay/neuter unit that goes out multiple times a month all over the Phoenix and surrounding areas. As our mobile client services representative your main duties will be: Working closely with our practice manager scheduling the mobile locations/event, signing up clients and pets for these events, and promoting the events. Update the mobile website before/after each mobile event. Checking mobile website and mobile phone voicemail for clients registering for events. Calling clients to get the scheduled and taking pre-payment deposits. Giving location addresses and pre-surgical instructions. Prepping all paperwork for the events Going out to the locations with our veterinarian and vet techs-doing patient check-ins, placing patients in kennels, calling clients to pick up their pets after surgery, and post-surgery discharge instructions. In addition to mainly working with our mobile, you will be responsible for our normal every day receptionists duties in-clinic as well (answering phones, scheduling, checking clients in and out, covering shifts as needed for vacations, etc). Our ideal candidate for this position MUST have veterinary experience, excellent client service skills, phone skills, and communication skills. Must be dependable and able to multi-task. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must also be willing to work long, irregular hours, and in under pressure conditions (such as indoor/outdoor temps) . Must have fine motor skills adequate for utilizing office equipment such as telephones, computers, fax machine, etc. Compensation is based on experience. Spanish speaking is preferred. Veterinary experience is required.
