This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, assisting customers with their needs, and helping maintain a positive customer experience at every interaction. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, communicating effectively, and solving problems in a professional and efficient manner. Core Functions of the Customer Service Team Member Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Answer customer questions and provide accurate information regarding available AT&T services and resources. Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive experience. Process customer requests and ensure information is documented accurately. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Maintain a high level of professionalism during all customer interactions. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service standards. Assist with administrative and customer support tasks as needed. Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment. Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions. Education & Experience Needed for the Customer Service Team Member Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and customer-first mindset. Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Dependable and professional work ethic. Comfortable using computers and basic office software. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
