Job Description

Service Writer:
Review all service invoices for correctness (mileage, working times, parts, etc.) Adjust mileage, times, markups to match each individual customer's needs/wants (George & Rick will train this person on each customer and what is needed here) Process and input key account information into Fullbay+QuickBooks Identify and execute areas to improve current invoicing procedures Interface with Cash Management team to ensure timely payment and collections for all accounts Collaborate with other service writers, parts department, technicians to schedule jobs, order parts and onboard/organize customers
