We are professional, hard-working, with good service, and our goal is serve the best crêpes. We are a fun and fast-paced environment for learning and growing. We work in Farmers' Markets such as in Orinda and Moraga, as well as our location near UC Berkeley Northside.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and production of food items according to standardized recipes and menus.
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and storing supplies.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
• Assist with menu planning and recipe development as needed.
• Adhere to dietary restrictions and special requests from customers.
• Support the overall operations of the kitchen and restaurant.
• Aiding at our Farmers' Market locations to set up, take customers' orders, serve crepes, and pack up (optional)

Qualifications:

• Good listening skills and able to follow instructions precisely
• Previous experience in a food preparation role, preferably in a restaurant or catering setting preferred but not required.
• Customer Service experience, comfortable taking orders and serving clientele.
• Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
