This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by performance-based earnings. Key Responsibilities Contact and follow up with company-provided leads daily Engage prospective clients and identify qualified opportunities Transfer qualified prospects through the sales pipeline Build and maintain long-term client relationships Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly performance goals Make a high volume of outbound calls daily (200+ calls) Maintain accurate activity tracking and submit daily reporting Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a competitive mindset Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people Ready to Build a High-Income Career?
