Great Manufacturing Company Located In City of Industry Seeking Technical Support Representative!

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Answer calls and respond to emails handle customer inquiries both telephone and by email research required information using available resources and resolve customer complaints provide customers with product and service information enter new customer information into system update existing customer information process orders, forms and applications identify and escalate priority issues route calls to appropriate resource follow up customer calls where necessary document all call information according to standard operating procedures complete call logs produce call reports. Help customer with return process and troubleshooting inquires.

Qualifications:

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Excellent math skills. Must have recent experience in a Call Center Field is Required.

Work Schedules:

Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm plus OT when needed Please apply to be considered for position

Pay:

$19.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
