This position focuses primarily on working with our existing clients. Your role will be to conduct insurance reviews, build relationships with clients, identify gaps in their insurance, and uncover opportunities where our agency may be able to help them with additional products. Prior insurance agency experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who already holds a California Personal Lines insurance license or a Property and Casualty License and has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow. Salary Range:

We will provide training on our products, systems, client-review process, sales approach, and agency procedures.

Responsibilities What You'll Do:

Conduct scheduled insurance reviews with existing agency clients Review home and auto policies and discuss changes in the client's household or insurance needs Identify opportunities to cross-sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, and other personal insurance products Ask questions to uncover insurance clients may currently have with another company Generate quotes and follow up with clients on cross-sell opportunities Identify potential life insurance needs and refer opportunities to our Life Insurance Specialist Identify clients who own businesses or are self-employed and refer opportunities to our Commercial Insurance Specialist Educate clients about available coverage options without using high-pressure sales tactics Help strengthen client relationships and improve retention Document client conversations, follow-ups, quotes, and opportunities in our agency systems Follow up consistently with clients who have pending quotes or recommendations Work closely with our service and sales teams to provide an excellent client experience About Us Our Insurance Agency is located in the beautiful city of DOWNEY.
