growing healthcare services organization in Oceanside is searching for a Client Experience Specialist to join its customer support team. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and knows how to turn a frustrating customer interaction into a positive experience. You'll communicate with clients throughout the day while coordinating appointments, resolving issues, updating records, and working behind the scenes with internal departments. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to take their customer service experience into a more professional client services or operations environment.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
+ Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries
+ Schedule and coordinate appointments
+ Answer questions regarding services and accounts
+ Resolve customer concerns professionally
+ Document client interactions accurately
+ Follow up on open requests and outstanding issues
+ Coordinate with internal departments to resolve problems
+ Maintain customer information in company systems
+ Process service requests and updates
+ Identify recurring customer issues and communicate trends to management
+ Assist with reports and administrative projects
+ Maintain confidentiality of client information
+ Provide a consistently positive customer experience Requirements + 2+ years of customer service or client support experience
+ Excellent verbal and written communication
+ Strong phone presence
+ Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
+ Excellent organization and follow-through
+ Ability to stay calm under pressure
+ Strong problem-solving skills
