Bilingual Customer Service RepresentativePosition Overview We are seeking a customer-focused and bilingual Customer Service Representative to support callers by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and providing information about available programs and services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment. Essential Responsibilities

+ Respond to incoming calls and identify, assess, and prioritize caller needs, questions, and concerns.

+ Develop solutions and provide timely, accurate, and professional responses.

+ Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining and restoring customer satisfaction.

+ Analyze issues, determine appropriate resolutions, and follow established protocols for problem-solving.

+ Educate callers on available programs, services, and benefits.

+ Meet or exceed established call center performance metrics, attendance expectations, and quality standards.

+ Accurately document interactions and process information using computer-based systems and tools.

+ Build rapport with callers and adapt communication styles to meet individual needs.

+ Provide clear and accurate information regarding organizational programs and services.

+ Escalate complex issues as appropriate and ensure timely follow-up on all escalated concerns.

+ Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure successful issue resolution. Required Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ Bilingual communication skills required.

+ Prior customer service experience preferred.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general computer applications.

+ Strong keyboarding skills and ability to navigate internet-based systems.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

+ Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving workplace. Preferred Experience & Skills

+ Customer service and call center experience.

+ Patient-facing communication experience.

+ Healthcare industry experience.

+ Medical records and Release of Information (ROI) processing experience.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Escondido, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
