Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, front office, customer service representative who can do the following: Greet customers Pack their shipments MUST be able to lift 45lbs appropriately Keep desk area clean and clutter free. Answer customers' questions about services and shipping information Provide customer feedback to the Manager Help Customers load and unload packages and orders Process and package orders Answer phones Prompt responses and resolutions to any issues that arise (staff will assist) Data Entry (basic) Basic Sheets/Excel knowledge Option to be hired on full-time year round. Skills Customer service Answering the phone and proper phone etiquette Ability to perform in fast paced environments Basic math skills Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work varying shifts Problem solving skills Organization Basic knowledge of Excel and Word documents and updating/reading spreadsheets.
