We're looking for a Call Center Agent who shares our passion for excellent customer service and enjoys helping families every day. Job Overview As a Call Center Agent , you'll be the friendly voice our patients hear first! You'll handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist with scheduling and rescheduling appointments, route calls to the correct office, and answer basic questions about our services. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, patient, and tech-savvy — and who loves helping people! Key Responsibilities ✅ Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally Use multiple software platforms to manage calls, calendars, and messages Assist with scheduling and patient inquiries for multiple office locations Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in our scheduling system Deliver an outstanding customer experience in every interaction Work closely with office teams to ensure scheduling accuracy and positive patient experiences Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a customer service or call center role (dental/medical experience a plus) Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude Excellent phone Etiquette — friendly, patient, and professional Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable using technology — including scheduling software, CRM tools, and email Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big advantage
